TIARIS™ Tissue Direct PCR Kit

Tiaris™ Tissue Direct PCR kit is designed to perform PCR directly from tissue samples with no prior DNA purification. The kit combines a simple but efficient DNA extraction method with direct amplification using our Fast Hot Start DNA polymerase in a convenient and easy-to-use manner. This kit can be used with a variety of samples, including mouse ear and tail, FFPE tissue and human hair. DNA extraction is carried out in a single tube, without the need of multiple washing steps, therefore minimizing the risk of contamination. The Fast Hot Start DNA polymerase Master Mix contains premixed gel loading dye which allows direct sample loading on the gel.
