Tris-Glycine Buffer Powder

Tris-Glycine Buffer is the perfect buffer to work with proteins in applications such as native and gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and as Western transfer buffer.

Each of our powdered buffer is rigorously quality-controlled to provide consistent solutions, eliminating the need for weighing or pH adjustments. To use, just pour the contents of one pouch into a beaker, add the necessary solvent, and stir until fully dissolved.

Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 1L of ultrapure water, will yield a 1x solution containing 25 mM Tris, 192 mM Glycine.
