Blood Genomic DNA Purification Kit

Blood Genomic DNA Purification  Kit is an optimized kit to obtain high molecular weight genomic DNA from small amount of sample. Suitable for EDTA, sodium citrate and heparin-anticoagulated fresh or frozen blood. It is based on salting-out principle to produce higher quantity and quality of DNA.

The convenient, scalable purification procedure removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as proteins and divalent cations, and purified DNA is ready for immediate use in sensitive downstream applications or for archiving.

Blood Genomic DNA Purification Mini Kit is designed for the rapid preparation of DNA from up to 200 µL of whole blood using protocol reagent based.

Blood Genomic DNA Purification Midi Kit is designed for the rapid spin column preparation of DNA from up 2 mL volumes of whole blood.

Blood Genomic DNA Purification Maxi Kit is designed for the rapid preparation of DNA from up 5 mL of whole blood.
