High-Q™ NGS DNA Purification MagBeads

High-Q™ NGS DNA Purification MagBeads offer a fast and efficient solution for DNA fragment purification and size selection. The technology enables DNA fragments to bind directly to the surface of magnetic nanoparticles, while free nucleotides, primers, and other contaminants remain in solution. Elution is performed using a low-salt buffer [TRIS (10 mM, pH 8.0) or TE-buffer] or molecular biology grade water.
The protocol is optimized to ensure high yield and purity of the recovered DNA, with a total preparation time of 20-30 minutes and minimal hands-on effort. The High-Q™ NGS DNA Purification MagBeads can be used either manually or automated on standard liquid handling instruments.
