Tris-Glycine-SDS (TGS) running buffer is the most used buffer for sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of proteins.
Each of our powdered buffer is rigorously quality-controlled to provide consistent solutions, eliminating the need for weighing or pH adjustments. To use, just pour the contents of one pouch into a beaker, add the necessary solvent, and stir until fully dissolved.
Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 1L of ultrapure water, will yield a 1x solution containing 25 mM Tris, 192 mM Glycine, 0.1% SDS.
