Warm™ FAST HotStart Red Master Mix (2x)

WARM™ FAST HotStart Red MasterMix (2x) is a ready-to-use master mix containing an engineered DNA polymerase that combines hot-start capability, high processivity, and ultra-fast extension speed (2 sec/kb). The buffer composition has been optimized through high-throughput screening, resulting in enhanced resistance to common PCR inhibitors. The master mix also includes a density reagent and red tracking dyes, allowing for the direct loading of PCR products onto agarose gels. The colored buffer does not interfere with PCR performance and is fully compatible with downstream applications.
