PBS buffer with Tween-20 Powder (pH 7.4)

PBS buffer with Tween-20 (PBS-T) Powder (pH 7.4), is a buffer formulation that includes pH stabilizers, salts and a non-ionic detergent. It is commonly used as washing buffer in immunoassay procedures to reduce non-specific binding without affecting antigen-antibody interaction.

Each of our powdered buffer is rigorously quality-controlled to provide consistent solutions, eliminating the need for weighing or pH adjustments. To use, just pour the contents of one pouch into a beaker, add the necessary solvent, and stir until fully dissolved.

Each pouch makes ready-to-use PBS-T with 10 Mm Phosphate, 137 mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 0.05% Tween-20, pH 7.4 when dissolved in 1L  of water.
